This very first watchlist is about featuring companies which are founded by women. As the numbers are sobering, as alone in the startup environment, not even &ldquo;1 in 5 German-speaking founders is female&rdquo;.</p> <p>We at Zana Technologies are very proud to have been selected as one of the seven featured startups - and we hope we continue to contribute toward the inclusion of female founders in Germany&rsquo;s and also Europe&rsquo;s rapidly evolving startup scene. A report published by the Bundesverband Deutsche Startups e.V., who are supported by the KI-Verband and Hubraum - Tech Inkubator der Deutschen Telekom, have recently found that only 10% of AI Founders are women, a strong decline of the already low number of female founders in Startups who lie at 15.7%.
